- Troubleshooting and enhancing existing logic in SFDC
- Providing declarative code for project-related deliverables.
- Handling all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
- Completing regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
- Managing Salesforce data feeds and other integrations
- Coordinating the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests.
- Assisting in training of new users, and grow the skill set across the organization
- Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development teams
- Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements
- Doing configuration with a high degree of efficiency and quality
- Interaction with application development teams and customer-facing resources
- Minimum 6+ years of Strong experience in Sales cloud and knowledge of Enterprise channel & End customer sales.
- Experience in Sales operations, partner management & enablement preferred.
- Experience as a Salesforce business analyst and admin role.
- Experience with Agile / Scrum delivery models
- Prior experience in SDLC project management and analysis including scoping / timeline management
- Prior experience in documenting use cases, process flows/swim lane diagrams, requirements, user acceptance testing, change management, etc.
- Working knowledge of process documentation & project management software
- Experience working with large-scale, complex datasets and using salesforce data tools.
- Salesforce Admin certification required
- This is an Onsite role and require a travel of 3 days initially to office, which may get extend to 5 days/week
