To strengthen our team at E.DIS Netz GmbH, we are looking for a Specialized Specialist for Network Management for Private Customers (m/f/d) at our location in Fürstenwalde/Spree as soon as possible.

A challenging task

Process control for efficient handling of customer connections in the private and business customer segment
Conducting technical discussions in the private and business customer segment
Development and analysis of strategies, methods, structures and processes for the further development of customer service
Coordination and management of capacity planning as well as direct commissioning of service providers
Development and further development of a controlling system in customer service
Conducting evaluations, data maintenance and creating analyses for risk assessment

A convincing background

University degree and relevant professional experience in the field
Ideally, knowledge of Axon Ivy, SAP and quick familiarization with processoriented IT systems
Strategic/analytical and entrepreneurial thinking personality, high degree of initiative and aboveaverage commitment
Strong communication skills,
