A Day in Your Life
During your apprenticeship with us, no day is the same.

You will learn the following areas:

  • You will work in the early and late shifts in our restaurant Fang & Feld
  • You will learn about the room service department
  • You will be assigned to work at the bar
  • You will assist in the kitchen
  • You will learn about the reception department
  • You will work in housekeeping
  • You will learn about event service in our banquet department
  • You will not only work in operational departments, but also learn about strategic departments such as reservations, accounting, event planning, and sales.

What We Expect From You

  • You have a confident demeanor, a wellgroomed appearance, and good communication skills
  • You have completed your secondary education
  • You have a good understanding of German and English
  • Ideally, you have gained some experience in the hospitality, hotel, or service industry through internships or parttime jobs
  • You are a team player and enjoy working in a team
  • You are a natural host and have a creative and enthusiastic approach to work
