As a Night Auditor, you will be part of a team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and having fun while doing it Say "Yes I Can" and join us in our mission.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth operation of the guest relations department, providing topnotch service throughout the guest journey
  • Work with a team to ensure guest satisfaction and promptly address any inquiries or issues
  • Take ownership of assigned duties and complete them in a timely and professional manner
  • Contribute to departmental goals and objectives, achieving hotel initiatives and targets
  • Collaborate with your supervisor to control costs and inventory, maintain productivity and performance levels
  • Foster positive working relationships and promote our company culture and values
  • Comply with all regulations and conduct internal and external audits as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous guest relations experience preferred but not required
  • Handson and proactive work style
  • Passion for providing exceptional guest service and working in the hospitality industry
  • Ability to think creatively and take ownership of assigned tasks
  • Personal integrity and commitment to excellence
  • Familiarity with various IT systems
  • Strong communication skills
