Your Responsibilities

You are a playmate, reader, listener, comforter, and mediator all in one
You take care of the children in the kindergarten and school
You promote their social behavior and development
You motivate and encourage children to positively engage with their friends and the environment
You work constructively with your colleagues and parents
You support in all aspects of social, play, and child pedagogy

Your Qualifications

You are a special needs educator with state recognition, childhood educator, or have an equivalent degree.
You are passionate about working with children and can adapt to their interests and needs.
You stand for commitment, responsibility, empathy, and teamwork
You bring a lot of creativity and flexibility
You are committed to ensuring that children regardless of their background or family language have equal educational opportunities.
