    Job Brief:

    Project Superintendents manage and oversee the performance of Control Tech staff for a variety of projects. They ensure that the work that is being performed is at Control Tech standards to ensure customer satisfaction.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    Liaising with engineering and project management teams to ensure that the project design is accurate before work commences.
    Ordering and scheduling the delivery of all equipment needed for the project.
    Acting as the main point of communication between the main field and the office.
    Managing the work schedules and timecards for all field staff.
    Providing leadership to on-site staff, sub-contractors, and other parties.
    Investigating and resolving customer complaints.
    Ensuring that safety policies are strictly adhered to.
    Reviewing project progress to ensure that deadlines are met.
    Other duties as required.

    Required Skills & Abilities:

    The ability to work in different environmental conditions.
    Strong leadership and communication skills.
    Sound knowledge of contract terms and pricing.

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience in supervising field operations.
    Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
    Knowledge of Construction and Maintenance safe working practices.
    Good understanding of hazard identification and mitigation.
    Participation in Company provided safety training.
    5-10 years of experience is required.

    Education:

    High school diploma or GED.
    Bachelor's degree in an industry-specific role is considered an advantage.
    Licensed Electrician in the US.
