    The Lead Superintendent - Commercial Construction is in charge of assisting with or planning a construction project, ensuring that it is finished in a quality manner, on schedule, and within budget.

    They will also develop and maintain a positive company reputation with the design-build construction team, the client, and the community.

    Description
    Lead Superintendent - Commercial Construction is expected to:
    Run/manage project from start to finish
    Oversee Subcontractors and full construction project on a daily bases
    Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods.

    Establish and maintain an effective and professional on site working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers and other parties related to the project.

    Enforce a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project.
    Profile
    Lead Superintendent - Commercial Construction has a background similar to:
    ~ Ground up construction experience
    ~ Wood frame and steel commercial experience required- 5+ years experience as superintendent
    ~5+ years of experience in the construction industry as a construction superintendent
    ~ Strong mathematical and computer aptitude is also necessary.

    Job Offer
    Competitive salary ($90,000 - $120,000/annually)
