Description
Insight Global is looking for an Field Service Project Supervisor to join the New England Branch for a Global Energy Management Company.
This position plans, directs and coordinates activities of project teams to ensure that projects are executed in accordance with all company and site safety requirements, accomplished on time, implemented at or below the estimated cost, and billed in a timely fashion throughout the duration of the project.
This position acts as an Construction Project Manager, and will be reporting to the Field Operations manager.You must have construction industry knowledge, strong communication skills, an understanding of contracting procedures and experience with responsibilities such as project correspondence, documentation, timely notice of changes and claims, negotiation and subcontract and vendor management.
If you have worked in a fast-paced environment, maintained 25-50 different client sites at once, and has a background of managing the maintenance of HVAC, BMS, BAS systems in commercial real estate.
You must understand electrical maintenance and end to end of system implementation.
You will be required to commute to several construction sites around the Boston area, along with as far as Manchester, NH to Springfield, MA to Cape Cod.
