Join our Construction Management as a Project Manager
Full-Time Role
Location Quincy MA - hybrid
Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder to apply.
In this role, you will manage all aspects of construction activities and be responsible for project management at one or more job sites.
In addition, you will provide leadership and direction to ensure construction projects are completed on schedule and meet cost and profit objectives.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation at construction site(s) and function as the company representative to ensure customer satisfaction.
Some of your key responsibilities include:
- Manage the Design/Build process for food distribution and food processing facilities
- Prepare subcontractor RFP/scope of work
- Secure, vet and level subcontractor pricing
- Negotiate subcontracts
- Secure governmental approvals for the projects
- Finalize design details with clients, design team and outside consultants
- Establish and manage the project schedule
- Manage CMC field staff
- Manage project cost
- Train and develop field personnel and assistant project managers
Qualifications:
- Construction Management Degree preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar Construction Project Manager role
- Proficiency required in appropriate systems, including but not limited to Procore, AutoCAD,
- Must be dependable, organized, detailoriented, possess comfort while multitasking, and
- Ability to interact and work closely with team members in a busy environment under pressure
- Excellent communication and interrelationship skills
Pay:
$100, $120,000.00 per year
