    When will you work?

  • The hours for this position are Monday – Friday, 8:15 am – 5:15 pm. This is a full-time temporary assignment.
  • What you'll do:

  • Obtain and sort mail.
  • Oversee site break room/Conference room refrigerator.
  • Organize and support site events, such as town halls, meetings, celebrations, etc.
  • Support site meals where appropriate.
  • Organize the General Manager's staff meeting slide deck and take notes during the meeting.
  • Perform miscellaneous clerical work including filing and compounding record audits.
  • Oversee site birthdays and work anniversaries.
  • Greet visitors including patient owner prescription pick-up.
  • Run customer credit cards, calculate shipping charges, and apply charges to invoices.
  • Answer calls from customers regarding accounting issues and makes calls to customers with declined payments
  • Who you are:

  • A multi-tasker, who understands how to prioritize and effectively manage your time
  • Thrive in a team environment and working independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator
  • What you've done:

  • Gained strong foundational skills in Microsoft Office
  • Experience managing calendars and scheduling
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
