Administrative Assistant/Receptionist
Skills and Responsibilities:
- This job is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with a welcoming, cooperative, and supportive demeanor
- Organized with attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic office/clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and use of office equipment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Education/Qualifications:
- 35 years of similar experience
- High School Diploma
- Must have valid California driver's license
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and other office procedures and terminology
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service
- Organized with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Pay:
$ $19.00 per hour
