Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth office functioning.
This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the management team
- Data entry to assist payroll clerk.
- Process Receivables ready for payment, ensuring correct coding
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- File and organize documents, ensuring proper record keeping
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Transcribe meeting minutes and other important information
- Greet visitors and handle front desk duties as needed
- Assist with various administrative tasks as assigned
Skills:
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate computerized systems
- Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant is preferred
Pay:
$ $21.00 per hour
