    Job DescriptionMXR - The Imaging Solutions Company (MXR) is one of the largest independent providers of diagnostic imaging equipment sales, service, training, parts and supplies in the nation. The MXR product portfolio is diverse in options of new, used and reconditioned equipment for CT, MR, ultrasound, DR, CR, x-ray and ultrasound probes. The assortment of consumable and durable goods spans multiple product categories including film, radiation protection, contrast and contrast-delivery systems, patient positioning and transport, markers, quality assurance, phantoms, and much more.


    The experienced sales and service staff at MXR consults with customers to design the best solution based on facility-specific needs, budget and functional requirements. Representing multiple manufacturers gives MXR the ability to sell the best-proven equipment for each situation. As a full-service medical imaging company, MXR can deliver the equipment, do the installation, maintenance, perform warranty work, provide parts and even train the facilities' engineer on maintaining the equipment. Our customers can choose levels of service support that fits their organizational needs and budget.

    Position Description:


    Position Description:

    This role is responsible for production of paint responsibilities and will support the company mission by safely providing refurbishment operations support, as well as other technical and logistical support to meet the organizational objectives.


    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Prepping and painting of small, fragile and complex plastic and electronic parts
    • Fiberglass repair of damaged parts
    • Inspect, wash, mask and prepare components for painting process
    • Receive, inspect, tag and prepare equipment parts for shipment
    • Receive and inspect returned goods from RMA process, including any on-site field activities
    • Input system components and parts into the inventory management system
    • Provide field service teams with logistical support, including install and de-install support to engineers and vendors as needed
    • Keep a clean work area
    • Provide warehouse and facility maintenance support
    • Support company-wide initiatives, policies, and procedures, including Quality Management System maintenance
    • Must be willing to travel within the United States
    • Candidate must have a valid U.S. driver's license
    • Other duties as assigned

    Requirements:

    Education

    Required

    • High School Diploma or equivalent

    Preferred

    • Some college desired

    Experience

    • Knowledge of paint material used on refurbishing part(s) equipment
    • Experience in providing general administrative, customer service or warehouse support is preferred
    • Forklift experience
    • Excellent customer service and organizational skills

    Travel

    • Must have a valid, active and incompliance (to company policy) driver's license
    • Must have reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance
    • Willing and able to undertake after-hours travel to carrier offices, drop-boxes, and airports


    Competencies

    • High mechanical aptitude and experience with using various tools properly
    • Proficient in basic MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
    • Excellent verbal and written English language and communication skills with internal and external customers; understands the importance of delivering messages in a professional and responsive manner

    • Analytical, able to reason and evaluate information and make correct decisions

While the employee is in the warehouse environment it may be necessary to use heavy equipment and operate a forklift.
