    Monday-Thursday, 8-hour shift (Summer Fridays Off)

    Tech Etch, a leader in manufacturing precision-engineered components and flexible printed circuits for the Aerospace and Defense, Medical Devices, Electronics, and Telecommunications industries, is excited to offer internship opportunities for the upcoming Summer of 2024.

    WHAT YOULL BE DOING

    Join a dynamic team dedicated to operational excellence As the Tech Etch Process Engineering Intern, you will collaborate with our esteemed Process Engineering Team to contribute to special projects and daily engineering operations. Under the guidance of a Principal Process Engineer Mentor, you will gain practical experience by addressing manufacturing production challenges hands-on.

    • Identify and implement process efficiency enhancements
    • Research and evaluate greener chemical alternatives
    • Draft and revise work instructions to facilitate process improvement
    • Gain exposure to project management and apply chemistry knowledge in laboratory settings
    • Delve into various aspects of manufacturing, including process monitoring, enhancements, PFMEA, and risk analysis, while honing soft skills like communication and team planning

    WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

    • Current enrollment in a Bachelors Degree program, preferably in an engineering or chemical discipline
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
    • Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow
