    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

    Join a dynamic team dedicated to operational excellence - As the Tech Etch Process Engineering Intern, you will collaborate with our esteemed Process Engineering Team to contribute to special projects and daily engineering operations. Under the guidance of a Principal Process Engineer Mentor, you will gain practical experience by addressing manufacturing production challenges hands-on.

    • Identify and implement process efficiency enhancements
    • Research and evaluate greener chemical alternatives
    • Draft and revise work instructions to facilitate process improvement
    • Gain exposure to project management and apply chemistry knowledge in laboratory settings
    • Delve into various aspects of manufacturing, including process monitoring, enhancements, PFMEA, and risk analysis, while honing soft skills like communication and team planning

    WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

    • Current enrollment in a Bachelor's Degree program, preferably in an engineering or chemical discipline
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
    • Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow
