Green Harbor is a real estate service that combines all real estate services for the management locations of companies within the Schwarz Group under one roof. They secure property acquisitions and handle building rights. The individual areas of responsibility are available as contact persons for all real estate matters, both internally and externally.

Your Responsibilities

  • As a team leader for facility management (m/w/d), you are responsible for ensuring proper and legally compliant building operations with your team, and together you take on the implementation of operator obligations for our existing properties.
  • You manage our maintenance processes and standards in SAP PM with your team. In addition, you support us in the further development of our digital transformation.
  • As a leader, you develop your employees professionally and act as a coach and consultant in various aspects of daily work. You always have an open ear and respond individually to the needs of your employees.
  • You define, negotiate, commission, and optimize all maintenance, testing, and execution services required for daily operations in technical building management.
  • You live a continuous improvement process and also identify potential for optimization outside of your area of responsibility.

Your Profile

  • You have successfully completed a degree in facility management, engineering, or real estate management and/or have extensive knowledge in property management.
