Description
Your Role:
- Supporting the management team in organizational matters
- Creating and preparing reports (e.g. maintaining lists, preparing evaluations of business transactions)
- Planning meetings and workshops, as well as organizing them
- Handling correspondence with internal and external contacts, as well as office organization including data storage and IT service requests for the team
- Ordering materials and external services
- Planning and arranging business trips, as well as processing reimbursements according to company guidelines
- Managing timekeeping events for the team (flextime representative)
Your Profile:
- Completed commercial training, e.g. as an office management clerk, or several years of experience in office management/secretarial work
- Proficient in using MS Office and ideally experience with SAP P10 and P11 (timekeeping)
- Strong organizational skills and a structured, deadlineoriented, careful, and independent work style
- Responsible and able to work well in a team, with excellent communication skills
- Fluent in German, both written and spoken, and proven English language skills
