    Seasonal (SEAS) position

    Job Description:

    Provides professional, technical, research, sampling, data collection, basic labor, and administrative work on a variety of projects with various DPW staff members. Projects could involve any aspect of DPW functions, including horizontal (water, sewer, roads), vertical (buildings), and marine infrastructure evaluation, design and construction; water treatment and distribution; wastewater collection and treatment; solid waste collection; and road and grounds repair and maintenance.

    Ideal candidate will have career aspirations in Public Works fields.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    High School diploma or equivalent is required and must be at least 18 years old. Progress toward a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, environmental sciences, Biology, Geology/groundwater hydrology, and/or Environmental Engineering is preferred.

    A driver's license is required.

    $19.50 hourly, no benefits
