    Description

    SUMMARY
    We are currently looking for a Recruiter. Minimum six months of recruiting support or recruiting experience. The qualified candidate must be articulate and outgoing with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    The candidate must have the ability to prioritize, multitask, and have great time management and technical skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, social media).

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    Search and source candidates on primary job boards
    Interview candidates
    Review applicant resumes
    Schedule and organize interviews with suitable candidates
    Prepare job descriptions, candidate testing
    Assist recruitment specialists in screening eligible candidates
    Preparing and forwarding resumes to hiring managers
    Prepare and post jobs on job search websites and social media
    Create new job orders, updating internal tracking board, and assigning candidates
    Maintain the internal candidate database
    Communicate requirements and duties to prospective candidates
    Assist with new hire paperwork
    Conduct employment references
    Send start confirmations for contract employees


    QUALIFICATIONS
    Six months of recruiting experience or recruiting support
    Excellent computer skills required (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, social media)
    Familiar with posting on LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, X
    Confident communicator
    Able to multi-task and work in fast paced environment
    Excellent team working skills
    Very organized and responsible
    Excellent writing skills
