    Description

    SUMMARY

    We are currently looking for a Recruiter. Minimum six months of recruiting support or recruiting experience. The qualified candidate must be articulate and outgoing with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must have the ability to prioritize, multitask, and have great time management and technical skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, social media).     RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Search and source candidates on primary job boards
    • Interview candidates
    • Review applicant resumes
    • Schedule and organize interviews with suitable candidates
    • Prepare job descriptions, candidate testing
    • Assist recruitment specialists in screening eligible candidates
    • Preparing and forwarding resumes to hiring managers
    • Prepare and post jobs on job search websites and social media
    • Create new job orders, updating internal tracking board, and assigning candidates
    • Maintain the internal candidate database
    • Communicate requirements and duties to prospective candidates
    • Assist with new hire paperwork
    • Conduct employment references
    • Send start confirmations for contract employees

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Six months of recruiting experience or recruiting support
    • Excellent computer skills required (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, social media)
    • Familiar with posting on LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, X
    • Confident communicator
    • Able to multi-task and work in fast paced environment
    • Excellent team working skills
    • Very organized and responsible
    • Excellent writing skills
