    **Current Need**

    The McKesson Contract Administration team is hiring a Senior Contract Support Specialist in Irving TX.

    **Position Description**

    Responsible for facilitating the accurate and timely onboarding of new Apexus/340B McKesson Medical Surgical customers from a contracts perspective. Work directly with MMS Account Managers to ensure that new and existing customers are added to base contract pricing and tiered pricing if applicable within established service level expectations. Work directly with Pharma, GPO business partners and suppliers to validate contract costing.

    **Key Responsibilities**

    Provide support to leadership by providing direction on process enhancements and system issues

    Drive Apexus compliance with little guidance from direct manager

    Create reports as requested in Power query, Toad, or SQL Server

    Apexus SME for systems and process expertise

    Represent the department on Apexus project teams as needed

    Act as knowledge holder on all Apexus rules, regulations, and contract compliance updates

    Identify automation and enhancement opportunities

    Work directly with Account Sales Managers, Account Managers, Project Managers, Directors, and internal partners to facilitate the onboarding process as requested

    Provide Account Managers with updates regarding onboarding status and assist with the resolution of related issues

    Maintain, administer, and verify progress on a daily basis related to assigned implementations in sales force cases

    Obtain supporting authentication from HRSA, RX suppliers, and resolve eligibility issues

    Ensure compliance with departmental and corporate document storage and retention polices

    Partner with Pharma Contract Operations to ensure successful transition of customers to the correct contracts and resolving costing issues

    Adhere to department service level and quality standards as supported through the quality control process and various departmental metrics

    Participate in user acceptance testing related to IT initiatives, including the development of test scripts and documentation of testing results

    Responsible for the escalation of contract and/or system issues

    Partner with support services including Technology Solutions and Six Sigma to help drive change

    Gather and present information to identify/prevent errors at the root cause level

    Communicate regularly with leadership, multiple business units, suppliers, and drive efficiency initiatives

    **Minimum Requirements**

    Experience in Contract Administration with specific expertise in customer eligibility and in-depth knowledge of McKesson systems, GPO, and supplier complexities. High level customer service/sales support experience preferred with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and relationships with customers/business partners.
