Additionally, we offer laboratory diagnostic services through our partner laboratories.

We are currently seeking a full-time
Backoffice Employee (m/f/d) for our location in Rosdorf (near Göttingen).


What tasks await you:

  • Order processing in the CRM system
  • Support in handling complaints
  • Administrative support in planning and organizing trade shows/conferences
  • Answering and forwarding incoming phone calls

Who do we need for this role:
Open-minded, reliable, and detail-oriented individuals who can support our sales team.

  • Successfully completed commercial training (career changers are welcome, e.g. from the travel industry, insurance sector, or healthcare)
  • Commitment and strong communication skills
  • Team player
  • Structured work style with a healthy level of initiative
  • Good knowledge of German
  • Proficient in MS Office
