We are currently seeking a part-time hrs/week) Travel Sales Consultant (m/f/d) for our TUI ReiseCenter in Pullach.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Selling a wide range of travel services
Providing expert advice and excellent customer service
Actively acquiring and retaining customers through friendly and interactive communication (in person, by phone, email, internet & social media) and a high level of service orientation
Corresponding with customers and service providers
Assisting with optimizing our work processes
Supporting the team with all tasks in the travel agency

ABOUT YOU

Completed training as a travel agent or tourism specialist
Previous experience in a fullservice travel agency is an advantage, but beginners are also welcome
Strong knowledge of the industry, products, and destinations
Proficiency in using reservation/booking systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German
Sales and consultation skills with a goal and serviceoriented approach
Interest in modern technology and multimedia communication
Communicative, dedicated personality with a strong team spirit
