- Lead assigned projects for the ticketing software, from event creation to reconciliation
- Manage ticket inventory and special offers for marketing promotions
- Assist with product development and user communication for ticketing software
- Collaborate with ticketing partners for system programming and performance
- Monitor and analyze ticket sales trends for special events
- Develop system administration guidelines and conduct training for users
- Build strong relationships with event promoters and internal departments
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Sports Management, or related field
- Minimum of three years of ticketing system administration experience
- Strong knowledge of Ticketmaster products and ticket industry practices
- Experience working with large-scale events and concert tours
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours and settings
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in MS Office products and ticket operations systems
- Technological competence and point of sale experience
