- Assist in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of retail finance systems.
- Provide day-to-day support for financial software applications, addressing issues and troubleshooting as needed.
- Collaborate with IT and vendor support teams to resolve system-related problems.
- Monitor data integrity within financial systems, identifying and addressing discrepancies.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain the accuracy of financial information.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within finance systems and collaborate with Directors and Business Managers to implement changes.
- Assist in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures for financial processes.
- Generate and analyze financial reports to provide insights and support decision-making.
- Assist in creating ad-hoc reports as requested by management or other stakeholders.
- Provide training to end-users on financial systems and ensure they are proficient in utilizing available features.
- Act as a point of contact for user inquiries and provide ongoing support.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, to ensure alignment of financial systems with organizational goals.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, keeping them informed of system updates, changes, and issue resolutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a relevant experience in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Strong understanding of financial systems and processes within a retail environment
- Knowledge of industry best practices in financial systems management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy
