Have the ability to showcase the value of the APPs on the team.
Have a growth mindset and be willing to help the APP team practice at the top of their skill set.
Be an educator and help mentor and train our APP post-graduate fellows as well as new APPs.Be a collaborator and help move the department forward.
This role is a collaborative position in the department encompassing patient-focused care, personnel oversight and development, and the development of collaborative team partnerships within sections and interdisciplinary settings.
