    Position Title: Sales Account Executive

    Position Type: Full Time

    Compensation: $30,000 to $50,000 annually DOE, plus an annual target commission of $40,000. Total target compensation is between $70,000 and $90,000 annually at 100% of the commission plan, with the ability to earn over $120,000 per year by exceeding your quota consistently.

    The Role

    Embark on an exciting journey as a Door-To-Door Sales Account Executive at Ziply Fiber. As the face of promoting and selling America's Fastest Home Internet, you'll demonstrate your advanced product knowledge and sales skills to enhance your success. This position offers a mix of innovation, dynamic challenges, and the opportunity to make a significant difference.

    As a Ziply Fiber Door-To-Door Sales Account Executive, you will:

    • Bring Your Tenacity and Fuel Your Ambition: Excel in a reward-driven environment and strive to meet monthly fiber internet sales targets.
    • Be Driven and Enthusiastic: Inject your energy and motivation into every interaction to create excitement and trust with potential customers and colleagues.
    • Connect with the Community: Knock on a minimum of 65 doors daily, aiming for at least 15 positive interactions to sign up new customers. Your ability to connect naturally, maintain a positive attitude, and build relationships is crucial.
    • You Bring the Attitude, We'll Provide the Training: Arrive with a can-do and driven mindset, and we'll offer continuous training, utilizing AI technology and other advanced sales tools to educate you about Ziply Fiber, our products, and effective sales techniques.
    • Be Part of a Winning Culture: Support your success and your team's success by going above and beyond.
    • Enjoy Working Outdoors: Embrace working door-to-door in the PNW throughout all seasons, whether wet, cold, dry, or hot.

    You Have...

    • 6+ months of sales, customer service, or prior military service experience.
    • Reliable transportation, a current valid driver's license, auto insurance, satisfactory driving record, pass a national, local background check, and permitting processes.

    • Competitive Salary: Base salary range of $30,000 to $50,000 annually DOE.
    • Additional Compensation: Target annual commission of $40,000 with unlimited earning potential through a structured and motivating commission plan.

    Working Conditions

    • Spends approximately 80% of the time outdoors for extended periods in any season, with possible exposure to inclement weather.
    • Minimal time spent in an office setting.
    • This position involves driving within a designated region and requires safe operation of a motor vehicle.
