- Greet service department customers promptly and courteously
- Listen to customers and clearly translate repair needs to techs
- Upsell additional services
- Provide accurate repair/maintenance estimates
- Adhere to policies on vehicle care and operation
- Follow up on each repair and keep customers informed of progress
- Sell and manage extended warranties
- Inspect repair quality and ensure all work is complete
- Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pick up
- Review and explain repairs and associated costs with customers
- Handle minor customer concerns and complaints
- Keep Service Manager informed of all problems and potential problems
- Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in accordance with dealership standards

We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to further develop their career within our growing dealer group. As a family owned dealership, we value our employees' time with their families. The company ensures that the balance between work and life is met for each individual. We place great value in our reputation among our clients and local communities. As a Service Advisor, you will schedule appointments, provide cost estimates, review service history and suggest maintenance and act as the liaison between the customer and our service department.
