Position Summary:
Ogletree has an opportunity for an experienced mid-level to senior Labor Attorney with 5+ years of labor law experience, including labor arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges, collective bargaining, union campaigns and similar experience, to join the firms dynamic and long-established practice representing premier local and national employers. This is an excellent opportunity for associates, counsel, shareholders and/or partners who are proactive and passionate about assuming a high level role providing legal service within a sophisticated practice and who are seeking to assume a significant role in all aspects of labor and employment law. This role requires extensive contact with clients, governmental agencies, and opposing counsel.

Requirements:In accordance with New York Citys Wage Transparency Law, the expected salary range for this New York City position is between $220,000 and $260,000. In accordance with Californias amended labor code as stated in Senate Bill 1162, the expected salary range for this California position is between $230,000 and $270,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. This position qualifies for the benefits below.
