Client Relations Associate - Phoenix, United States - Inspired Healthcare Capital
Description
We are looking for a Client Relations Associate to join our growing team You will serve as the face of our company to support and educate our investment advisors.
Support financial advisors by identifying and rectifying issues that are not in good order (NIGO)
Partner with accommodator to register and process funds
Issue client contracts and accounts
Own the distribution process to investors
Complete investor change forms
Work with internal teams to process commissions to broker dealers
Partner with banks and custodians for distribution of income
Promote sales and marketing initiatives
What you'll bring to the table:
Bachelor's degree, or in process of obtaining; or equivalent combination of education and experience
2+ years of relevant experience in a high volume environment is preferred
Strong organizational skills and high level accuracy
Ability to manage multiple projects and work well under time and other constraints
