    THE POSITION

    Position: Senior Manager – Compensation, CROWN Cork & Seal North America

    Reports to: Vice President Human Resources North America

    Location: Tampa, Florida

    Travel: Domestic and international travel requirements are approximately 15%.

    Summary

    This is an exciting opportunity to join CROWN, a fast moving, truly multinational company, and to be a key member of CROWN's North American HR Leadership Team. Based at the Corporate Headquarter in Tampa, Florida, the mission of CROWN's Human Resources Team is to serve as catalyst for the continuous growth and success of the company's employees and organization. The HR team is dedicated to developing a workplace where individuals thrive and contribute to the collective success of the company and committed to understanding and addressing the needs of each department and employee.

    A newly created role, the Senior Manager will be responsible for the delivery of the compensation strategy as part of CROWN's Total Rewards programs. Utilizing a continuous improvement mindset, the chosen individual will design creative and meaningful Total Rewards solutions, enabling the Company to effectively attract, retain and engage the best talent to meet the Company's strategic objectives.

    The position is based in Tampa, Florida and requires a candidate with a minimum of 7+ years of broad experience in compensation and international mobility, ideally in a multinational, public company environment.

    Responsibilities

    The objective of the role is to take a leading role in shaping CROWN'S compensation landscape, fostering a culture of excellence in Total Rewards management. The key responsibilities of the Senior Manager, Compensation, include:

    • Develop and administer cutting-edge compensation programs in a dynamic environment.
    • Provide strategic recommendations on compensation strategies to the leadership team.
    • Design competitive salary structures and incentive programs for CROWN North America employees.
    • Cultivate strong relationships with leaders across the organization to ensure Total Rewards programs support strategic goals.
    • Collaborate with Division Directors and business leaders on compensation matters for various employment scenarios.
    • Conduct regular benchmarking to enhance competitiveness of total rewards offerings.
    • Analyze internal and external pay practices for equity, competitiveness, and legal compliance.
    • Support leadership in preparation of materials for Compensation Committee meetings.
    • Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants for benchmarking and plan design.
    • Oversee CROWN's Expatriate, International Transfer, and relocation programs.
    • Actively participate in external Total Rewards networks.

    THE IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

    Qualifications

    We are looking for a compensation expert with the following expertise, experience, skills, and personal characteristics:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
    • Minimum of 7+ years of compensation experience, including 4+ years in leadership roles.
    • Strong understanding of compensation, short-term and long-term incentive plans.
    • Experience in a public company environment preferred.
    • Relevant certifications such as SHRM SCP/CP, CPP, or CEBS are advantageous.
    • Proven track record in developing and communicating complex compensation strategies.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a hands-on approach.
    • High level of proficiency in MS Office suite and project management tools.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization.
    • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and candidate interactions.
