    Behavioral Health Group (BHG) is the largest network of Joint Commission accredited outpatient opioid treatment and recovery centers, operating approximately 120 locations in 24 states.     Join our team as a Marketing Specialist, overseeing multi-channel marketing initiatives for treatment centers and internal departments. Manage day-to-day operations, including printed collateral and social media content creation. Coordinate event logistics and maintain website content. Utilize Salesforce and HubSpot for marketing and sales support.

    Responsibilities

    • Manages requests and provides marketing support for treatment centers, sales/outreach staff and internal departments, as needed.
    • Supports the execution of BHGs multi-channel marketing and sales support initiatives, aligned with marketing goals.
    • Independently manages day-to-day operations and serves as administrator of BHGs printed collateral and premium items portal, including responding to field requests, monitoring inventory, assigning logins, and managing updates.
    • Oversees signage and treatment center branding orders and approvals.
    • Creates content and graphics for BHGs social media program; posts content across platforms; builds audiences; monitors and boosts engagement; manages reputation; tracks results.
    • Handles project management, deliverables, and logistics for key events, including internal and external meetings and conferences.
    • Works in Salesforce and HubSpot to support marketing and sales initiatives, including email marketing, list management, data clean up, etc.
    • Keeps website content for BHG corporate and treatment center pages up to date; manages forms and lead flow.
    • Facilitates approvals from key stakeholders, such as medical and compliance functions.
    • Manages marketing reporting and tracking key metrics.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • 3-6 years of experience in similar marketing role.
    • Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, business or related field, or combination of education and experience.
    • Experienced with Canva and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for social media graphics and basic marketing needs, supplementing creative services provided by outside resources.
    • Familiar with HubSpot, Salesforce or similar CRM programs, or has high technical aptitude and the ability to learn quickly.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a creative eye for
