    Description
    *Role : Mechanical Engineer

    *Location: Decatur, IL

    *Duration : Fulltime

    *Technical Skills

    CAD modeling (PTC Creo preferred).

    FEA (Creo Simulate preferred).

    Cost modeling experience.

    Design for manufacturing experience.

    APQP experience.

    *Soft Skills

    Demonstrated ability to work well in collaborative environment and to communicate effectively in cross functional teams

    Experience collaborating with suppliers.

    Team player and detail oriented.

    Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawing, schematics and computer-generated reports.

    *Education &

    Experience Required:

    Bachelor's degree in engineering required but open to Associates Degree with 10+ years of experience if the candidate is the right one.

    5-7 years experience required.
