    Description

    job summary:

    A Mechanical Engineer is needed for a world leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment, diesel and natural gas engines, industrial gas turbines and diesel-electric locomotives in the Decatur, IL area.

    This role will be the first responder for Large Mining Truck and Large Wheel Loader manufacturing issues.

    Contract salary: $ per hour work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Associates responsibilities: Engineering changes for manufacturing issues and current product field issues.

    Support the manufacturing facility to rapidly resolve light fabrications quality and velocity issueWork on longer term engineering changes to improve quality and velocity.
