$70K + benefits Annually

JOB DUTIES:

Concept and develop mechanical components & systems that may include large structural components, hydraulic integration, light structures & fabrications, operator stations, and/or engine installation systems.

-Work with vendors and suppliers developing, analyzing and fabricating such systems.

-Perform structural and thermal finite element analysis for light structure components across various sub systems of the vehicle.

Effectively present and communicate concepts, designs with finite element validation on a need basis.

Work on engine installation, hydraulic design/routings and light structures providing design solutions, drawing reviews (GD&T) and FEA validation using CREO Simulate, Fastener Adviser and Fluid Lines tools.

Delivering on high priority and short-term projects efficiently.

Education & Experience Required: - Looking for 3-5 years of experience; internship included - bachelors degree in mechanical or electrical engineering (Desired) -First Responder experience Shop floor/manufacturing environment experience - Hands-on experience in Caterpillar products, systems, and tools.
