    Description
    CVD Equipment Corporation (NASDAQ: CVV) designs, develops, and manufactures a broad range of chemical vapor deposition, physical vapor transport, gas and chemical delivery control systems, and other equipment and process solutions used to develop and manufacture materials and coatings for industrial applications and research. Our products are used in production environments as well as research and development centers, both academic and corporate. Major target markets include high power electronics (silicon carbide), EV battery materials / energy storage (carbon nanotubes, graphene, and silicon nanowires) and aerospace & defense (ceramic matrix composites). Through its application laboratory, the Company allows customers the option to bring their process tools to our laboratory and to work collaboratively with our scientists and engineers to optimize process performance.

    Stainless Design Concepts (SDC), a subsidiary of CVD Equipment Corporation, is a manufacturer of Ultra-High-Purity (UHP) gas and chemical delivery systems for high-tech fabrication processes.

    Stainless Design Concepts (SDC) located in Saugerties, NY has an opportunity for a Sales & Marketing Assistant will provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing department performing a range of tasks to ensure sales initiatives are met with the highest level of service to existing and potential customers.

    What you will do:
    • Update and maintain Salesforce database with potential clients, quotes, and marketing opportunities to expand SDC customer outreach.
    • Follow-up on quotes and proposals with prospective customers; confirming receipt, questions, and any additional information required.
    • Gather and organize data for the Sales & Marketing Manager in the preparation of booking projections.
    • Schedule meetings and appointments with clients; assist with travel arrangements.
    • Perform other administrative functions such as filing, data retrieval, and data entry.
    • Prepare End-User Declaration (EUD) forms and perform the necessary due diligence for products exported out of the United States.
    • Other projects/tasks as assigned.

    Education & Experience
    • High School diploma/equivalent; degree or actively pursuing an Associates or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing a plus.
    • 1+ year of previous experience in a similar clerical role working with customers.
    • Proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)

    Required Skill & Abilities
    • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (both written and verbal).
    • Detail oriented and accurate.
    • Well organized with an ability to manage multiple tasks and balance priorities.
    • Good problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently or collaborate with different teams.
    • Enthusiastic and eager to acquire hands-on sales experience to grow with this position.
