- Performs a broad range of data analyses assignments entailing unique problems, creativity, innovative use of techniques, advance approaches, and/or new technology in support of CCI EMSO objectives.
- Conducts expert-level research in the areas of analytical technologies and business processes to recommend methodologies authoritatively to better leverage data analytics in support of CDM CCI EMSO objectives.
- Performs authoritative analysis of complex user requirements and design programs to support them. Interfaces with senior leadership on complex data problems, makes sound recommendations, and implements data decisions based on expert scientific data principles and affordable solutions.
- Prepares and delivers authoritative written and oral presentations such as briefings, training sessions, consultations, and strategy sessions with other staff services functions and activities to secure cooperation, resolve controversial matters, and convey information relative to precedential findings.
