    We are seeking for a Recruitment Team Leader based in San Antonio, Texas, you will play a vital role in advancing growth and profitability objectives by providing top-notch recruitment services to our clientele.

    This position oversees the daily operational elements of project deliverables, with a central aim to guarantee the continuous provision and maintenance of high-quality service, ensuring customer satisfaction.

    Responsibilities:
    Develop a thorough understanding of the client's business, organization, and objectives to tailor recruitment services accordinglySteer projects adeptly from inception to completion, ensuring quality assurance in daily recruitment activities and achieving project deliverables in alignment with established KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)Foresee and mitigate risks at both micro and macro levels within the project, ensuring smooth progression and deliveryCultivate trust and confidence among key client stakeholders through effective relationship building, and manage client communications efficientlyContinuously explore avenues to enhance customer satisfaction, reflecting our client's commitment to superior serviceProactively identify areas of improvement and propose constructive changes, including change management steps to ensure seamless implementationPrepare for and engage actively in project reviews with clients and senior management, ensuring effective communication of relevant project information to superiors and timely resolution of issuesEnsure timely updates to all systems by the delivery project team, conduct ad hoc quality checks for data accuracy and completeness in the systemsCollaborate with the Project Director to develop value-added reporting for our client, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of both internal and external reports against pre-established deadlinesRequirementsProven experience in recruiting, including management of a recruiting teamProfound understanding of full life cycle recruiting and industry best practicesKnowledge of recruiting metrics and reporting standardsFamiliarity with SLAs/SOW as it pertains to our businessComputer proficiency, especially in MS Office Suite and a variety of Applicant Tracking SystemsDemonstrated success in leading and motivating a delivery teamAbility to analyze complex data, and develop sound recommendations and solutionsExcellent planning and organizational skills, adept at managing multiple responsibilities efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced service environmentClear, concise, and persuasive communication skills, both one-on-one with clients and in larger group settingsStrong customer and results orientation, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels and diverse culturesExhibits energy, confidence, maturity, and interpersonal sensitivityBenefitsRemote WorkPermanent Position30-Day Paid Leave5-Day Work WeekA competitive salary, reflective of your experienceOpportunities for professional growth and development#J-18808-Ljbffr
