    Manager Emergency Services ( FSED) - Oviedo, FL
    • Competitive Salary: $90k - $110k based on experience
    Overview: Become a pivotal leader at a 64-bed acute care hospital serving east Seminole County and its surrounding communities. We are committed to delivering patient-centered care across a full spectrum of services, including emergency services, cardiology, surgical inpatient units, intensive care, women's services, and more.

    Position Details:
    • Schedule: Full-time
    • Department: Emergency Services
    • Service Line: Comprehensive emergency care including medical cardiology and telemetry
    Job Summary: As the Manager of Emergency Services, you will ensure high-quality, patient-centered care by overseeing the daily functions and staffing of the emergency department. You will play a critical role in enhancing patient safety, quality outcomes, and ensuring a superior patient experience.

    Responsibilities:
    • Operationalize evidence-based practices to enhance patient safety and quality outcomes.
    • Lead efforts to reduce clinical practice variation and improve efficiency.
    • Ensure adherence to standards of care and culture of accountability.
    • Provide leadership, coaching, and training to staff.
    Qualifications:
    • BSN Required.
    • Strong ED background with at least 3-5 years of RN and 2+ years of leadership experience.
    • Required certifications: NIH Stroke Scale, Nonviolent Crisis Intervention, ACLS, APRN, BCLS, PALS (some within 30 days to 6 months of start).
