- Operationalize evidence-based practices to enhance patient safety and quality outcomes.
- Lead efforts to reduce clinical practice variation and improve efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to standards of care and culture of accountability.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and training to staff.
- BSN Required.
- Strong ED background with at least 3-5 years of RN and 2+ years of leadership experience.
- Required certifications: NIH Stroke Scale, Nonviolent Crisis Intervention, ACLS, APRN, BCLS, PALS (some within 30 days to 6 months of start).
