    Canvas, Inc.

    is seeking an Office Coordinator to support our Corporate office The Office Coordinator is responsible for managing administrative tasks within an office environment to ensure smooth operations.

    This is a full-time, on-site position, with work hours from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.


    Duties:

    • Oversee Office and Supply Management (purchasing/restocking/general tidying up around office)
    • Greet and assist visitors
    • Manage the corporate calendar as well as the calendars of the executive team
    • Schedule corporate/staff meetings
    • Support special projects for the executive team as requested
    • Complete courier duties (collect, distribute and prepare incoming and outgoing mail)
    • Serve as an ISO/quality admin
    • Provide administrative assistance with formatting reports/presentations/metrics tracking (Word/PowerPoint/Excel)


    Requirements:


    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office administrative role
    • High School Diploma or Equivalent. Certification or degree is a plus.
    • Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
    • Above-average skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel applications.
    • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
    • Must be ethical, responsible, & self-motivated.
    • Proficient oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Well-developed and professional interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to interact effectively with people.

    Requirements:


    • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer (100%).
    • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
