Are you a physical therapy tech, front office coordinator, medical assistant or a recent college graduate looking to expand your career? We are a fast-growing outpatient physical therapy company looking for someone with ambition, drive for success and energy to grow with us.

This outgoing individual is responsible for the promotion of the company's services within and around Houston, Texas.

The Marketing Representative works closely with the clinic leaders to coordinate marketing activities within the region including market analysis, development of campaigns, and promotional events.

The position requires a strong ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.


Essential Functions:

Succinctly promote the company's services to physicians and support staff.

Develop and maintain strong professional relationships and rapport with physicians and support staff.

Responsible for analyzing referral trends pertinent to the company's regions and developing daily call plans based on this information.

  • Administer and organize marketing activities for themselves as well as for the company's clinicians.
  • Communicate effective marketing information to referral sources and maintain records.
  • Responsible for generating referral growth from referring physicians' offices.

Develop and execute social media campaigns to grow demand for the company's services.

Develop and maintain accurate, current database of industry contacts for mailings.

Develop and execute internal promotional and marketing campaigns to ensure core values of the company are known and upheld.

Utilize all programs and promotions to create brand awareness and demand.

Participate in market analysis and competitive analysis as needed.

Participate in marketing functions as needed.

Participate in training as needed.

The ability to maintain friendly, cordial relations with all clients and employees; maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that results in a positive work relationship with customers, co-workers and managers.

The ability to build and maintain confidence and credibility with all clients and employees.
