- Collaborate as a member of the Plant Leadership Team to enhance business performance and cultivate a performance-driven culture.
- Oversee recruitment efforts for all employee categories and manage relationships with temp vendors.
- Lead HR initiatives such as workforce planning, leadership development, process improvement, training execution, and new hire onboarding.
- Build positive working relationships, boost morale, enhance productivity, and improve retention.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state laws regarding personnel matters and manage day-to-day employee management issues.
- Develop processes and metrics aligned with organizational goals.
- Support safety management activities and training.
- Manage HRIS and payroll administration.
- Assist in wage and salary program administration.
- Coordinate employee events and programs, including open enrollment.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Advanced degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- PHR/SPHR Certification desirable.
