    Description

    My client is currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to in drive transformation while fostering a culture of support and growth. Reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources and collaborating closely with our Senior Leadership Team, this role is pivotal in ensuring their mission, values, and vision are upheld.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate as a member of the Plant Leadership Team to enhance business performance and cultivate a performance-driven culture.
    • Oversee recruitment efforts for all employee categories and manage relationships with temp vendors.
    • Lead HR initiatives such as workforce planning, leadership development, process improvement, training execution, and new hire onboarding.
    • Build positive working relationships, boost morale, enhance productivity, and improve retention.
    • Ensure compliance with federal and state laws regarding personnel matters and manage day-to-day employee management issues.
    • Develop processes and metrics aligned with organizational goals.
    • Support safety management activities and training.
    • Manage HRIS and payroll administration.
    • Assist in wage and salary program administration.
    • Coordinate employee events and programs, including open enrollment.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
    • Advanced degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
    • PHR/SPHR Certification desirable.
