About Mothers Out Front
Mothers Out Front is a movement empowering mothers to advocate for a sustainable future for all children. We are creating a diverse community of mothers, grandmothers, and caregivers working together to push elected officials and business leaders towards a timely shift from fossil fuels to clean energy. Our mission is clear: equip mothers to lead climate justice efforts by offering support, training, and resources to run successful campaigns at local and state levels.
Role Overview
We are looking for passionate organizers to join our team and strengthen our organization's impact across multiple regions. As a Senior Organizer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our community engagement, fostering coalition partnerships, and expanding our network of supporters. By utilizing a blend of digital strategies and grassroots initiatives, you will recruit and retain members, ensuring their continuous involvement and contribution to our cause.

This role is remote and requires candidates to be based in northern California. The salary ranges from $70,000 to $75,000 and includes health benefits, paid time off, and a supportive work environment.
