Currently, we are looking for a working student to strengthen our contract department in Berlin.


Responsibilities:

  • You will support the contract department in creating contracts and managing our doctors and clients, the medical facilities.
  • As part of the team, you will handle general telephone and written correspondence related to contracts.
  • You will assist with processing daily incoming and outgoing mail.
  • You will perform general office tasks, such as document filing.

Qualifications:

  • You are comfortable with administrative and recurring tasks.
  • You are reliable, flexible, work carefully, and have a serviceoriented mindset.
  • As part of a strong team, you are able to work independently and take responsibility.
  • One of your strengths is being able to keep track of things and not get flustered during periods of high workload.
  • You are familiar with the basics of common Microsoft Office programs.
