YOU WILL MASTER THESE TASKS

  • Leading the process coach team for one shift
  • Planning and monitoring of operational trainings
  • Attendance control, shift schedule coordination, and personnel deployment planning
  • Collaboration with process and quality management
  • Providing feedback on processes to PM/QM

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Natural, motivating leadership personality with experience in people management
  • Structured, resultsoriented work approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Excellent MS Office and gSuite knowledge, as well as ecommerce affinity
  • Willingness to work overtime when necessary
