For our exciting construction projects and future direction, we are currently looking for a:


Construction Manager (m/f/d)
for hall, industrial, and commercial construction.


Your responsibilities include:

  • Responsible construction management of projects, taking into account economic and technical objectives
  • Participation in negotiations with clients and subcontractors
  • Support in tender processing, planning coordination, and construction supervision
  • Collaboration in tendering and awarding contracts
  • Control, acceptance, and settlement of subcontractor services
  • Work preparation, creation of construction schedules
  • Construction site documentation

We expect from you:

  • Practical experience in construction management, ideally in turnkey construction
  • Successfully completed studies in architecture or civil engineering, statecertified construction technician or equivalent degree
  • Solid knowledge of standard IT applications
  • Organizational skills, communication skills, assertiveness, and decisionmaking ability
  • Independent work style and enjoyment of a responsible and diverse task
  • Fluent
