Description

The Chair of Biotechnology of Reproduction at TUM School of Life Sciences is currently seeking a non-scientific employee as a biology laboratory assistant (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

• Independent work and organization in the S1 and S2 areas
• Cultivation and isolation of primary chicken cells
• Cell culture work
• Molecular biology work (DNA and RNA purification, cloning, PCR, qPCR, etc.)
• Immunological work (ELISA, FACS, Western blot, immunohistochemistry, etc.)

Requirements:

• Completed training as a technical assistant or laboratory technician
• Knowledge in the areas of molecular biology, cell culture, and immunology is desired
• Sense of responsibility, diligence, and reliability
• Teamwork and flexibility
• Communication skills
• Good computer skills
