    Do you love building relationships and solving problems for potential customers? Are you an independent self-starter looking for a sales position with upside potential.

    Right now, we are looking to hire a Sales Executive to bring in new enterprise accounts. The right candidate will be a motivated, independent salesperson with a passion for solving customer problems and prospecting to convert cold leads to demos/deals. We are looking for someone to join our small but mighty team. Your work will add value to a growing business

    What you will do:


    •Understand client needs and requirements to tailor solutions effectively.


    •Contacting and qualifying potential customers


    •Managing leads through the sales pipeline by setting appointments, following up on leads, and tracking progress towards meeting sales goals.


    •Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities


    •Targeting buyers and prospecting from company lists on specific buyer personas and lead qualification


    •Generating demos, and working with account executives to close the deal


    •Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets Work with our marketing and product teams on sales materials needed to convert customers


    •Will interface with product teams to collaborate on demos and provide feedback


    •Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities


    •Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments


    •Occasionally attend networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads


    •Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.

    What we're looking for:


    •Bachelor's degree in business or related field
    •3-6 years sales experience, selling to physician groups in healthcare


    •Ideally previously has sales experience at technology companies like schedulers, credentialing management platforms, etc.


    •Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, and proven track record of success in sales where they have been responsible for lead generation


    •Independent self-starter, who can collaborate with stakeholders and independently drive sales from cold leads


    •Based in Nashville, TN, on-site

    With the physician shortage in the U.S. expected to reach 100k by 2025, the issue of managing a complex workforce is a growing issue for medical groups. We aim to help these groups spend less time on administrative tasks and more time on their highest value work (improving patient care). Our platform, Kimedics is a collaborative workforce management platform built to simplify the complexities of healthcare staffing including collaboration with organization's departmental teams, clinician teams, and external vendors. We help groups manage workflows and scheduling to manage the full lifecycle of workforce management in one place including roster management, onboarding/credentialing, scheduling, time/pay statements and analytics.
